Trades...Being a small one man operation I have to be careful about trade ins. I sometimes will take a trade if I think I can liquidate it quickly, there is a market for it, and it is very clean and priced right. Remember you have to allow me some pricing room to resell your trade, but as always if you can sell it yourself you will probably benefit. Consignments...Any licensed dealer in Alberta must post a $50000 bond with AMVIC if they want to do consignment sales. This is good for the consumer as it gives them protection against a dealer selling their unit and not paying the consignee.
